From Jan. 17^th to 18^th, Sinoconst5 first session of the eighth worker’s conference & 2012 working conference was ceremoniously held in Anhui Hefei. Sinoconst5 chairman, general manager Ni Shenju addressed speech which topic was Clear management mechanism, innovate developing concept, strive for new higher target, new elected worker’s staff earnestly examined report and all approved the content.
