From July 9 to July 12, SINOCONST5 held 4-day working training for fresh-employee in head office. Director, secretary of CPC Li Pengcheng, deputy president Zhang Jiawen, vice-president & chief engineer Liu Xulong attended this training.

Secretary Li addressed speech on behalf of SINOCONST5 (SC5), briefly introduced SC5’s history development and enterprise culture, and offer guidance on fresh-employee’s occupational planning from the prospective of definition. Deputy-president Zhang and Liu respectively introduced fabrication, management situation and technical developing trend of SINOCONST5.

During training process, related functional department make topic-concern demonstration on enterprise regulation & system, QSHE and safety fabrication, display “How Fresh-employee Cope With Career Life? ” and make analysis on occupational planning, so as to they make the 1^st role-change in mind, and promote their sense of occupational belonging.

Through this training, fresh-employees are informed of SINOCONST5’S general information and received great expectation from the company, which laid a sound foundation for they adjust themselves into enterprise atmosphere.
