From July 11th to 12th, SINOCONST Group investigation team (7 people) which consists of president Xu Yanlin, chief engineer Guan Jie, vice chief accountant & Financial head Zhang Aili and the like, made a survey on SINOCONST5 (SC5). investigation team fully and deeply understand SC5’s fabrication and management situation by means of listening report, individual conversation, hold meeting and so on, scientifically analyze SC5’S basic status, pointed out the defect and effort direction.
In the administrative-staff participated meeting, president Xu addressed the speech, which topic is “Improve project engineering technique, achieve sustainable development”, has profound significance on improving staff’s awareness on project technique, defining technical project target and enhancing enterprise technique capability.
President Guan pointed out, SINOCONST5 various economic index are steadily increased, comprehensive strength is constantly improved, closely follow SINOCONST Group developing strategy, party-building is vigorous, the achievement is not so easy. Hopefully, vast staff can correctly recognize present severe economic situation, develop our overall consciousness, think deeply and prospective in strategy, it is always well to cast an anchor to windward. Objectively manage finance and enhance various mechanisms, expand talent team, form a group of leading members with lofty ideals, constant pursue, responsibility and capability, continuously explore market, promote economic performance and manage to achieve enterprise developing target. Enterprise chairman, general manager Ni Shenju specifically introduced SINOCONST5’s main situation from the points of economic index completion, marketing business, fabrication management and human resource in the 1st half year, and mentioned the main solutions on mechanism completion and management enhancement, predication on annual index completion situation and analyze existing problems. He stated, in compliance with investigation team’s suggestion and requirement, will lead personnel and managers, struggling and exploiting, endeavor to complete year-round various targets, promote enterprise sustainable and reliable development.
