December 24, 2013, at 1: 58 pm, the first stage of Liangping CONCH 2,200,000 tons of grinding plant - mill B was successfully put into commissioning test run accompanied by the rumbling sound of firecrackers. The Liangping county party committee and county government attended the ceremony. Successful commissioning test run also marks the first stage of Liangping CONCH grinding plant is put into operation.
