On January 13, 2017, company party secretary Li Pengcheng, safety department head Tong Zhili together visited the Huaibei Zhongcheng cement projects for work safety checks before the Spring Festival. Secretary Li made requirement and disposition for Huaibei Zhongcheng cement project site safety production, hidden problem investigation, pre-holiday security plan and post-holiday work arrangement, development of university students, the wages for migrant workers.

Secretary Li asked the project department to do field production job well, safety, quality and other aspects together, to make effective communication and coordination with the project owner, speed up the project before the spring festival, ensure the successful project execution.
