On January 17, 2017 in 09:00 morning, in the company welding training workshop, it was held a simple and solemn “2016-2017 welder skill competition” , company leader general manager Liu attended the opening ceremony, company human resources department, the party department, the technical quality department and metal structures branch company leaders attended and watched the competition.

This competition was prepared by the Technical Quality Department for more than a month before, some participants returned from the company project site to join the competition, it revealed the company as well as the employees paid important attention to the competition.

The competition had two games (specimen I: plate, standing position, Q235 , 300 × 125 × 12 , SMAW, bottom: ф3.2 welding electrode, other: ф4.0 welding electrode; specimen II: tubing, 45 degrees fixed, 20 ,Ф76×4×150, TIG welding, ф2.5 welding rod, other welding electrodes arc, ф4.0 welding rod), the operation time was two hours.

There were totally 20 contestants took part in the welding skills competition. After the competition began, contestants received the specimens, stamped marks, and welding preparations, all contestants concentrated seriously in the game. As the four welding sparks scattered, the referee paid attention to every contestant performance.

After a day and a half of time, the contestants have successfully completed the competition. The next step was scoring the work, the final results were published in the company OA system, followed the company documents for rewarding the winner welder.
