February 26, Secretary Li was accompanied by Project Manager Wang Guangming visited every place in the sites for detail inspection, understanding the personnel, equipment, quality, safety, progress, and main contract requirement, giving affirmation to the efforts and achievement of the project, putting all effort to finish the task, and winning the battle.
