Secretary Lee had investigated many times the construction works, fully understood the safety management, quality control, equipment arrival, sub-contractor, construction machinery, personnel preparation, and construction schedule progress, climate effect, and the detailed situation, required the project department to enhance the good relationship with project owner, strengthened the safety management plan, improve mechanical equipment efficiency, pay attention to safety and quality management, refine the local workers management, reasonable control of the Chinese staff into the site, strengthen subcontract labor team salary management. It was necessary to fully complete the company objectives, but also we had to actively explore the local construction method and management practices to effectively enhance the company project management to provide practical experience and accumulate sufficient data.
