Cement mill is the core equipment of the grinding plant system, the installation was strictly implement the European standards, each process required from the project owner and equipment manufacturer guidance and follow up, inspection and acceptance. Repeatedly, to do a few times, and ultimately to get the Germany staff confirmation. Equipment personnel and our construction working time was not same, resulting the low efficiency, meeting problem did not make excuses, did not retreat, and actively responded, adjusted the mentality, timely adjust the staffs and equipment to improve the construction method. Especially in the piping connection, oil circulation, roller and separator adjustment, the project department carefully planned, reasonable arrangements, team work, overtime, using a month to complete all tasks before starting, won the owners, main contractors, and equipment manufacturers recognition, one by one leaned our construction strength and good service.

In the next day, we will make persistent efforts to sum up and learn from the successful experience of 2# mill, continue with the main contactor, equipment company, and project owner maintaining friendly cooperation, continue working to achieve the main contactor determined date of June 24 to put into production 1# cement mill, never expect the leadership of the company for, make every effort for the company to develop the Indonesian market and cooperation with Tianjin Institute.
