On date 3 morning at 9 o’clock, accompanied by the project manager Dai Shaolin, general manager Zhang visited the site thoroughly, understood detailed construction progress, safety management, logistic supply, workforce arrangement, quality control, and other related and specific condition, he fully affirmed project department’s project work, and required project department to recognize the grim period for construction, coordinate the arrangement of workforce, do good preparation, persistent to achieve the owner target time.

At two o’clock afternoon, general manager Zhang attended the coordination meeting of civil works with the owner and the other construction parties, he said the company would focus on supporting the work of the project department in North Sulawesi Power Plant project, and actively cooperate the owner and stakeholders to ensure achieving the schedule of power generation unit #1 and #2.

At eight o’clock evening, general manager Zhang held a project department personnel meeting. Firstly, representing the company board of directors, party, and management, he gave thanks and sympathy for the hardwork and persistent contribution from the project department. Secondly, he required project department according to the existing condition and the owner power generation target, rehearsal the schedule, strengthen subcontractor management, increase the proportion of local staff input, refine the use of crane arrangement. Persistent in achieving project cost target. Thirdly, he required the project management staffs to change the working style, to be more on-site, solve the problem in the field. Fourth, he required to prioritize safety production management, recognize that safety management is the common responsibility of all personnel, to strictly enforce the company’s safety management system, and actively carry out safety activities to ensure the necessary safety inputs, seriously identify the hazards, implement the protection for temporary edge and holes, anti-high altitude fall, anti-electric shock, and other safety measures to prevent illegal command and operation to achieve safety objectives.

 June 2 to 4, general manager Zhang Jiawen visited Indonesia North Sulawesi Conch Coal Fired Power Plant and WHR-PG installation project, understood the project condition, attended the owner civil work safety meeting, guiding the project safety production activity monthly work arrangements.
