June 6 to 7, 2017, company general manager Zhang Jiawen, general manager assistant Li Jun togeter visited the company’s Indonesia Baturaja cement project for giving field inspection, research, guidance for works.

In June 7 morning, general manager Zhang together with the project manager Wang Guang Ming, deputy project manager Yang Shaohua together inspected the project site thoroughly, although most of the equipment of the project had been put into operation, however, general manager Zhang inspected everyplace he visited, listened carefully to manager Wang’s report about the installation process condition, how the project department overcame the difficulties and got the hard-won results and high recognition at the same time, required the project department to put the equipment into operation, also concentrated to make summary about the construction experience to be used for the company future project reference and guidance.

At 7 o’clock evening, general manager Zhang held a project management meeting. First,representing the direction board and management team giving the project team a high compliment, and thankful to everybody for the hardwork; second, giving a significant meaning about the Baturaja project. General manager stressed that Tianjin Institute was company’s one of the most important customer, the company paid a significant attention to the cooperation, requested the project department in the earnest implementation of the contract at the same time, and maintain friendly exchanges and cooperation with the Tianjin Institute personnel, to further the good cooperation with Tianjin Institute, good execution of Tianjin Institute project could give a strong support; third, informing everybody about the company production and operation this year, and and the current domestic and international market situation in-depth analysis, asking everyone to change their thoughts especially the project team members, in the project execution, it was compulsory to improve marketing knowledge, had a certain degree of business skills, and further expanding the foreign market, building a combilation of project implementation and marketing intergration model; fourth, eventhough the Baturaja project was in the final stage, the safety works could no be loss, requiring all project members to pay attention to safety management works, always implementing the company safety management system and regulations, and actively conducting safety production month activity, preventing illegal command and illegal operation, achieving the safety production indicators; fifth, paying attention to the quality of the product, doing good projects, improving company competitiveness. Requiring everybody that construction quality management cannot wholly rely on conciousness, must take control of the quality of the project management officers; finally, general manager Zhang asked everyone seriously completing the project and the settlement work completion, to give a good image for the project completion.
