On June 8, in the afternoon, safety department and project management department together held safety production management briefing seminar, this meeting was following the conclusion of safety production seminar held by SINOMACH on May which was participated by 18 companies in the group, and combining the company safety production actual condition, conduction a comprehensive report exchange.

In the seminar, the safety department head Tong Zhili reported the safety management experience and hidden problems collected from the other sister companies during the SINOMACH group safety seminar. The report was mainly about three aspects: the foreign public safety management, safety control to the subcontractors, and project safety production management system. After that, the project manager Li Faping reported the West Papua project management summary, reported the West Papua project cost analysis, exchanged the mangement experience and improvement. Finally, general manager Liu made the seminar conclusion and make exchange and requirements for the seminar attendees about the project management technics, quality, safety, cost, information, and the other aspects.

The meeting chairman was project management head Lin Baohai, and attended by deputy general manager Liu Xulong, project managers in Hefei, project technical management starr, and full time safety officers to learn about the sharing.
