On September 6, SINOCONST5 General Manager Zhang Jiawen and Assistant General Manager Li Jun visited Indonesia office for inspection and guidance, gained the understanding of the working environment of the office, and give a clear direction for the office development.

In the morning, General Manager Zhang in the Indonesia Office made a discussion. Firstly, the board of director secretary, Indonesia office manager Hu Jijun reported the working condition in detail started from the business development, finance supervisor, document supervisor, field services, problems, current situation, work arrangements, and other eight aspects. Secondly, the staffs of the representative office reported on the working and living experience in Indonesia, both excercise, improving business skills, also learning and improving living skills.

After listening to the report, General Manager Zhang gave affirmation to the work and contribution of the office over the past four years and gave order from the six aspects of working. One, speed up the representative office change from production service style into the business service style, seize the Indonesia market opportunities to enhance the localization of market capabilities, and strive to expand the business scope. Two,speed up the staff structure adjustment, enrich the business, technical team capability, necessary to improve the field service capabilities, and also create the representative office marketing capabilities.

         Assistant General Manager Li Jun expected the representative office to improve the local material, human resources, market research and data collection for the company for the strong support for the Indonesia project tender.
