On August 2, 2017, 14:00 to 16:00, SINOCONST5 joint meeting of CPC committees & Executive leadership was held on the third floor conference room on discussing and recommending the company's "five talents".

According to uniform deployment from SINOMACH, Group headquarters and all subsidiaries follow strictly the five kinds of talent recommendation requirements, once every two years for: key post successors, senior engineers, technical personnel, and senior staffs.

The board of directors, the party committee and the management team attend the meeting. Based on relevant staff information provided by Human Resources Department, meeting participants discussed one by one and selected the proper candidates list to submit to Group Talent Base, choose eligible professional management talent, junior talent and skilled one and complete the recommendation.
