Vice President Guan Yunyan Led the Assessment Team to CMIIC5 for Administrative Group Expiration

From Oct.26-28, assessment team which monitored by SINOCONST group vice president, deputy party secretary, secretary of discipline inspection commission, consist of human resource manager and party committee department head Qiao Yingbai, party committee assistant director Miao Lingzhi, human resource department administrative secretary Yang Haiyan etc. 4 person, made an assessment on CMIIC5 for administrative group expiration.

 

On the afternoon of 26th, in the meeting of CMIIC5 administrative group report, president Guan generally introduced the progress of SINOCONST reformation, emphasized on the characters of reformed enterprise operating mechanism, hoping that CMIIC5 seize the opportunity of transformation, in accordance with company’s law and rule, clarify administrative mechanism, strengthen inner control, maintain enterprise stable, enhance continuous development.

 

In addition, president Guan pointed out, head office did a lot of work on cadres transferring, achieved excellent effect, which not only enrich cadres’ knowledgement and vision, but also reach strategy, cultural consistency of head office and branches. Cadres’ exchange is the important measure for cultivating and screening leaders. Head office will continuously impel cadres’ transferring and speed up young leader cultivation.

 

In the meeting, CMIIC5 administrative group respectively made public report  for SINOCONST assessment team and middle-rank leaders, personnel representatives and retired delegates. The reports covered four-year main work, clean and honest information, existing problems and defects. All these aspects are specifically reported. Finally, all attendants seriously and fairly made democratic appraisal and recommendation.

 

In the following two days, assessment team talked with attendants one by one, consulted opinions of wide cross-section people, make sure that the assessment for this administrative group can be done in an objective way, to provide appropriate person for next administrative group who possess scientific developing ability and profound mass foundation, to push CMIIC5 sustained, rapid and sound development.
